Show Up Psychology started as my dream as a professional migrant in 2014, and today, it is my reality. I showed up for myself.
Why "Show Up"? Because it reflects the need to be present, persistent, and take action to achieve something or heal from our past. To truly show up, we must care, be empathetic, and be thoughtful towards others and ourselves.
What about me? I am a warm, Registered Psychologist with extensive experience supporting individuals and families. I have over 15 years of experience working with people in different settings. Helping others, empowering them, and accompanying them on their healing journey is both my passion and vocation.
I have a strong interest in women’s mental health, supporting parents, and helping ADHDers thrive in their lives. I understand firsthand the psychological processes and mental health issues related to migration. I am fluent in Italian and English and a native Spanish speaker.
When I am not working, I enjoy dancing, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.
My values guide every aspect of my practice, ensuring that each individual receives the highest standard of care in a supportive environment.
Compassion: I believe in the power of empathy and kindness. I am dedicated to providing compassionate care and understanding each person’s unique experiences and challenges.
