Show Up Psychology began as my dream in 2014, and today, it has become my reality. I showed up for myself.
Why "Show Up"? Because it reflects the need to be present, persistent, and take action to achieve something or heal from our past. To truly show up, we must care, be empathetic, and be thoughtful towards others and ourselves.
What about me? I am a warm, Registered Psychologist with extensive experience supporting individuals and families and a Board Approved Supervisor. I have over 15 years of experience working with people in different settings. Helping others, empowering them, and accompanying them on their healing journey is both my passion and vocation.
I have a strong interest in women’s mental health, supporting parents, and helping ADHDers thrive in their lives.
I understand firsthand the psychological processes and mental health issues related to migration. I am fluent in Italian and English and a native Spanish speaker.
When I am not working, I enjoy dancing, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.

I take a holistic approach to therapy, considering the physical, emotional, and social factors that can impact mental health.
Neurodivergent Individuals & ADHD I offer affirming therapy that recognises and values the strengths, diversity, and lived experiences of neurodivergent individuals. With over ten years of professional expertise an

Therapy Models I Use:
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT): Combines cognitive-behavioural techniques with concepts of mindfulness, distress tolerance, and emotion regulation.
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR): A structured therapy that helps you process and integrate traumatic memories, anxiety disorders and more...
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): Teaches mindfulness and acceptance strategies, along with commitment and behaviour change, to help you live a meaningful life.
